Happy New Year from Mini Movers Studio! Coming into 2025, we wanted to do something special for our online community. We are bringing back blog posts with… drum roll please…
Mini Movers Studio Book Club!
Every week, a new book will be shared on the Mini Movers Blog that celebrates dance and shares a new story. As we continue our dance education both in and outside the studio, books about dance reinforce the themes and stories that make dance special! Staying active, feeling confident in your own skin, and celebrating creativity is what dance is all about! Each week, the book choice will target different age ranges, and celebrate dancers with all different backgrounds, stories, and styles.
This week's book is “Everybody Can Dance” written by Kara Navolio and illustrated by Ruth-Mary Smith.
This book is a celebration of dance of all kinds no matter how it looks! As long as you're feeling the music and expressing yourself, you are dancing!
"Everybody Can Dance" will be featured at the front desk of Mini Movers Dance Studio this week. Any child is welcome to use the copy before or after dance class to read and stay up to date with our book club!
Thanks for joining us for Week 1 of Mini Movers Book Club! Check back next week for a new book recommendation!
It's so important to teach kids about inclusivity and self-expression, and 'Everybody Can Dance' sounds like the perfect book to start. Geometry Dash Lite features simple one-touch controls, where players tap the screen to make the character jump.
I love the idea of celebrating dance through books! As someone passionate about dancing and envisioning a future in it, I find that assignment writing service in Sydney helps me maintain a balance between my dance and studies. These services allow me to stay focused on both my academic and creative goals!
